Motorola/Google X-Phone Specs Revealed: Quad-Core CPU, 4.7″ HD Display, Flexible Screen
Although Google is reportedly no longer unveiling the Motorola X Phone at its I/O conference this May, specs of the “supremely high-end” smartphone have leaked online. The phone is slated for a May release, and comes with a Tegra 4i processor, 4.7-inch HD flexible display, and a 16-megapixel dedicated camera. Its 5-megapixel front-facing camera will have eye-tracking capabilities, similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Note phones. Motorola has been known for its sturdy hardware and metal-encased phones, but the mysterious X Phone won’t be weighing you down–it’s slightly slimmer than the Droid RAZR MAXX HD, Motorola’s thinnest phone to date.
The X Phone is also rumored to be the first smartphone released running Google’s Key Lime Pie (Android 5.0), and may come equipped with a peripheral wrist watch accessory that lets you quickly access texts & pick up calls (think of a Bluetooth beeper of sorts). Can’t wait to get our hands on this phone to test it out.
